Toradora! (2008)

High school student Ryuji Takasu has a reputation for being tough, but he's a good guy at heart. He couldn't be any more different than the petite but outspoken student Taiga Aisaka. When the two discover that they each have crushes on the other's best friends, they decide that working together could be mutually beneficial to the both of them. They hatch a scheme to get what they both want, but the friendship that blossoms from their mutual schemes may be worth more than any hope of getting their crushes to fall in love.
