Plot
Dr. Kenzo Tenma is a neurosurgeon who's young age defies his prodigious skills in the operating room. As the golden boy of the German hospital he works at, Tenma is met with equal parts admiration and jealousy. But when he decides to save the life of a young boy rather than on the mayor, he loses everything he'd spent his life working for in a flash. It's now been nearly a decade, and a member of the BKA suspects Kenzo of being involved with the murders. But it turns out that the actual killer has his own designs for the disgraced doctor as well.
