In the dark underbelly of the government, the Social Welfare agency operates, a corporation with a chilling purpose. Stripped of their memories and human comforts, these children - Henrietta, Triela, Claes, Rico, and Angelica - become the heart of the agency's assassination unit, all born out of murky pasts.
