In the picturesque Irish enclave of Tully More, whispers of fortune stir the air as news of a national lottery win sweeps through the village. The recipient of this colossal windfall is none other than Ned Devine, a man so completely overwhelmed by his sudden change of fate that he succumbs to the sheer shock of it, leaving his winnings unclaimed. As the news of Ned's death remains a clandestine whisper amongst his closest allies, they hatch a daring scheme to keep the money within the village, a tribute to their departed friend, Ned.
