P.S. I Love You (2007)

Married couple Gerry and Holly live in Manhattan and argue on occasion. Nonetheless, the two are deeply in love with each other. Gerry unexpectedly dies of a brain tumor, leaving Holly in a state of dismay. Her family comes together to celebrate her 30th birthday, and a special cake is delivered. From beyond the grave, Gerry sends Holly a number of messages. Each message ends in "P.S. I Love You". The messages help Holly get over her grief and eventually lead her to Ireland. Despite her tragedy, Holly learns to experience life anew with help from her deceased husband's loving messages.
