Tower Heist (2011)

Josh enjoys his job at the manager of an upscale New York apartment building. Not only does Josh care about the people he works with, he also has a great relationship with his tenants, especially a financier Arthur Shaw. Josh and Arthur become so close that Josh asks Arthur for financial advice. When Arthur is accused on being a fraud and running a Ponzi scheme, Josh is consumed with guilt, which leads to him partnering with unsavory companions in an attempt to find out what Arthur has done.
