Plot

In the chilly shadows of family tragedy, Tooth Fairy spirals around Carla, a woman of strength and resilience, who has recently assumed the role of guardian for her late sister's son, Corey. Their lives take a dark detour when they pay a visit to Nana, the family matriarch, to fetch Corey's birth certificate. Nana, a woman slightly unhinged by age and alcohol, spins an eerie tale about the malevolent tooth fairy, a sinister entity that doesn't leave coins under pillows but rips out teeth in a horrific ritual. Carla, wearied by such macabre tales and the eccentricities of her grandmother, decides to depart - only to be thwarted by an ominous power outage. What initially seems like a mere inconvenience soon morphs into a horrifying realization that the world may hold more terrors than she ever imagined. As the darkness grows denser, so does the creeping sense of dread, hinting that Nana's tales may not be mere figments of an intoxicated mind, but something much more sinister and bone-chilling. The movie, Tooth Fairy, is an eerie descent into the depths of fear and the unknown, challenging Carla's sanity and strength in a world where childhood legends take on a terrifying reality.
