Thir13en Ghosts (2001)

Arthur Kriticos is raising his two young children by himself, so it seems like a stroke of luck when the family inherits a mansion from Arthur's uncle. His uncle was a noted collector, but the family quickly discovers that he was in possession of some seriously sinister artifacts. They end up trapped inside the house with a demonic machine and a whole horde of ghosts that just want to be free. Aiding them are two surprising allies: both a ghost hunter and a ghost rights activist who are fierce and heated rivals. Maybe together their talents can help them free the family.
