Timecop (1994)

The Time Enforcement Commission is a law enforcement agency with the bold task of regulating time travel, and Max Walker is one of their most recent additions. Max has personal stakes thanks to the fact that his wife was murdered by a group of strangers. But his very first job gives him reasons to doubt the motives of his superiors. Max is given the task of tracking down his former partner who is accused of traveling through time to manipulate the financial markets. But if Walker's suspicions are true, members of the TEC could be changing history for their own profit.
