In the pulsating heartbeat of New York City, two dedicated cops, Tarek Richards (Jalal Merhi) and Linda Masterson (Cynthia Rothrock), find themselves entwined in a chilling investigation. A string of martial arts masters have been gruesomely murdered, their bodies bearing the eerie resemblance of tiger claw marks. As the mystery deepens, the trail of evidence veers towards Chong (Bolo Yeung), a notorious serial killer known for his savage brutality.
Just as the law's grip tightens around him, Chong evades capture, aided by the henchmen of his influential brother, a crime lord reigning over San Francisco's enigmatic Chinatown. Undeterred, the relentless Richards and Masterson embark on a perilous chase, only to be ensnared by a duo of crafty criminals and their menacing minions.
