Planet of the Apes (2001)

In the near future, astronaut Lee Davidson is sucked into a wormhole and spit out on a strange planet. Talking ape-like creatures rule over humans and quickly capture and imprison Davidson. With his military training, Davidson becomes the leader of a group of human rebels and leads his troops through a deadly battlefield to reach an ancient temple. If they can escape their captors, avoid being killed in the war and arrive at the temple, they mightf uncover the key to leaving the planet of the apes.
