In the heart of Liège, the diligent and empathetic Dr. Jenny Davin steps into the shoes of the recently retired Dr. Habran, inheriting his community practice at the Kennedy Hospital. Working tirelessly alongside her intern Julien, she devotes herself to the welfare patients, showing unyielding commitment and compassion. However, the monotony of her routine is disrupted when an unexpected after-hours ring at her door sends ripples through her life. A seemingly distressed young woman, an unknown face, seeks help. Yet, choosing to stay within the bounds of her protocol, Jenny disregards the urgent ring, believing it to be non-emergent. When the dawn breaks, the horrifying reality unfolds. The same unknown woman lies lifeless, just a stone's throw away from her door by the river bank. The news brings with it a wave of guilt and regret. Could Jenny have saved her if she had answered the door? Plagued by this question, she finds herself entangled in a web of guilt and responsibility, her once flawless conscience now tarnished with the weight of the could-have-beens. Police Inspectors Ben Mahmoud and Bercaro arrive at her doorstep, seeking the surveillance tape for their investigation. Fueled by a profound sense of guilt and a desperate need for redemption, Jenny embarks on her own amateur investigation to unveil the identity of the nameless girl. Her obsession spirals, straining her relationships with patients who may hold clues to the puzzle of the unknown girl. The otherwise conscientious Dr. Davin is now driven by an incessant quest to give a name to a nameless grave, to restore some justice to a life tragically cut short. But as she delves deeper into her investigation, she begins to question her hope. Will she be able to uncover the truth hidden in the shadows of anonymity, or will the unknown girl forever remain a ghost of her guilt?
