Plot

In the midst of the Syrian civil war's haunting symphony of chaos, young Sam Ali finds sanctuary in the unexpected corners of Lebanon. Here, his life intertwines with the enigmatic Jeffrey Godefroi, a renowned tattoo artist whose creativity knows no bounds. In a twist of fate, Sam's back becomes a canvas for Godefroi's masterstroke, transforming him into a living, breathing work of art. As Sam navigates his new reality, his skin-deep transformation proves to be more than just aesthetic. His human canvas begins to fetch astronomical sums in the art market, stirring up a whirlwind of interest among collectors. Yet, with the increasing value of his tattooed skin, the outcry from human rights activists crescendos. Sam finds himself ensnared in a predicament that stretches far beyond the surface of his inked skin. He soon realizes the magnitude of his deal with Godefroi - he has sold more than just his skin. He is now the man who sold his skin, a walking paradox of art and humanity, caught in the crossfire between the ruthless art market and the fight for human rights. The question is, can he find a way out of this intricately inked labyrinth?
