In the heart of The Gossip (2021), we meet Jung-Seok (Kang Chan-Hee), a young man who embarks on a part-time job journey, finding himself in the grand but somber home of the ailing Chairman Choi (Jang Gwang). His responsibilities, while essential, are far from glamorous - from changing the elderly man's diapers to ensuring he takes his pills. His solace is found in the ceaseless chatter of his co-worker, Yibbal (Kim Gang-Hyun), whose stories lighten the tedium of their day-to-day tasks.
One day, the talkative Yibbal introduces the legendary figure of Se-Na (Kim So-Ra) into their lives. As a woman renowned for her unparalleled skills in the bedroom, she brings an unexpected twist to their routine. Responding to Yibbal's call, she arrives at the Chairman's home, instigating an evening of shared drinks and camaraderie.
However, their quiet night takes a drastic turn when Chairman Choi awakens from his stupor, lunging violently at Yibbal. As the trio wrestles to calm the chairman, his life abruptly slips away, leaving them in the throes of unexpected chaos.
