As Ashraf integrates into their unique world, he begins to work as a waiter at Yali's restaurant, his guise undetected. The movie explores their intersecting lives, a microcosm of Tel Aviv society, as they navigate love, friendship, and identity, straddling the line between the insular bubble of the city and the wider turmoil of their homeland.
