Plot

In a fresh, contemporary spin on the infamous Bonnie and Clyde tale, Clyde is portrayed as a high school introvert, toiling away at a nondescript fast-food joint in the heart of suburbia. His dormant kleptomaniac tendencies awaken unexpectedly when he crosses paths with Bonnie, the restless daughter of the town's police commissioner who keeps questionable company with a local gang led by the notorious Kirk. Clyde, feeling an immediate connection, sees in Bonnie a reflection of his own untamed spirit. Initially, she dismisses him with nonchalance, until he steps in, saving her from the imminent trouble of a shoplifting accusation and sweeping her away in a pilfered van. This unexpected act fuels an adrenaline-fueled escapade as the pair, armed with weapons pilfered from Bonnie's father's collection, set off on a harrowing journey of crime and rebellion. Their bloody spree paints the town red, leaving viewers on the edge of their seats as they plunge deeper into a world of chaos and lawlessness...
