In the heart of the jungle, Tarzan is reunited with his old friend, Dr. Ken Warwick, who has spent two years honing his medical expertise. Together with the unyielding Dr. Sturdy, they strive to establish a beacon of modern medicine amidst the untamed wilderness, a hospital that promises hope and healing to the villagers. Yet, not all welcome this new dawn of science. The influential witch doctor, Futa, feels his grip over the villagers slipping, his traditional magic overshadowed by the white coats and stethoscopes.
When the tribal chief breathes his last, his son and heir, a mere boy, falls critically ill. Amidst the chaos, Futa seizes his chance to restore his dwindling dominance. The witch doctor insists on treating the young heir, bringing him into a dangerous collision course with the modern doctors.
In the tangled web of this power struggle, Futa's henchman, Ramo, a formidable native warrior, enters the fray. He steals what he believes to be potent medicine from the hospital, but it is, in fact, a deadly serum. If administered to the ailing boy-chief, his death is certain, sparking a high-stakes race against time.
Meanwhile, Tarzan finds himself captured amidst the turmoil, his raw strength and jungle wisdom tested like never before. As the struggle between the forces of ancient magic and modern medicine escalates, it falls upon Tarzan to outwit his captors, safeguard the life of the young heir, and prevent an impending tragedy. Can he rise to the challenge, or will the jungle succumb to a battle it never wished to fight?
