The Green Inferno (2013)

Justine is an idealistic college student who decides to join a handsome eco-activist, Alejandro, on a trip to Peru to protest illegal logging that is destroying the rainforests. On their way home, the group's plane malfunctions and crashes on a nearby remote island. Justine and the others survive, but they quickly find themselves hunted by a tribe of bloodthirsty rainforest cannibals. The young people who were once trying to help the indigenous people now find themselves hunted like animals. They're cut off from communication, have no resources, food or weapons and only their wits to survive their deadly dire dilemma.
