Plot
Composer, Robert Schumann Heinreid, struggles against mental illness, supported by his wife, Klara Wieck Schumann Hepburn. His composing deteriorates over the years, forcing her to go back to performing to support the family. Johannes Brahms Walker initially helps out in the home but, falls in love with Klara, further affecting Schumann's health.
