Plot
New Directions is the glee club at McKinley High, and it's practically on life support when Will Schuester takes over as director. While few students are interested in the club at first, it soon becomes a place where misfit kids can hide away without being bullied or scrutinized. And as the members of the glee club begin to get to know each other, they start to take the club itself seriously. As these kids try to navigate the complex realities of growing up and surviving high school, they always have their friends and some fitting songs to get them through the day.
