In the charming realm of cartooning, Tim Avery, a passionate cartoonist, basks in the companionship of his beloved dog, Otis, deeply cherishing their irreplaceable bond. As fate would have it, Tim's life takes a whimsical turn when his wife gives birth to their first child, inadvertently casting Otis into the shadows of neglect. In midst of this domestic turbulence, Otis stumbles upon an enigmatic green mask possessing a mystical allure. As he plots to reclaim his master's attention from the newborn, Otis's plans fall short of fruition.
