In the heart of the festive season, under the shadow of infidelity and loss, Yvette, a recently widowed woman, brings together her disparate grown daughters at her husband's gravesite. The eldest, Sonia, is a wealthy, generous socialite whose facade of perfection is slowly cracking. Louba, the middle child, is an impoverished singer at a Russian restaurant, trapped in a 12-year-long affair with a man who will never leave his wife. Milla, the youngest, is sharp-tongued and solitary. For them, Christmas is a haunting reminder of their parents' bitter divorce 25 years prior.
As the holiday season unfolds, each sister grapples with her own turmoil. Louba faces an unexpected pregnancy, Sonia's seemingly perfect marriage starts to crumble, and Milla finds herself irresistibly drawn to their father's freeloading lodger. Meanwhile, their father Stanislas, rekindles an old flame, making advances towards Yvette, his ex-wife.
