Miracle on 34th Street (1994)

Despite her mother already telling her that Santa Claus isn't actually real, plucky and incorrigible six-year old Susan Walker refuses to stop believing. And she finally believes she's met the real thing when she meets the Santa Claus at her local mall. This Kris Kringle has given her something to believe in, but some worry that her continuing to hold onto false illusions is just doing her more harm than good. But is there a chance that the man from the mall actually is Santa? An initially skeptical lawyer is starting to think so, thanks to the influence of young Susan.
