Bad Santa (2003)

A convicted conman and his vertically-challenged friend think they've found the perfect gig playing Santa and his little helper. The partners-in-crime have been running the same schtick for years. However, this year, the mall they work at has hired an eagle-eye mall security expert, which puts a damper on their criminal activity. The alcoholic Santa wanna be accidentally befriends a bullied kid at the same time. With so many kinks in the well designed plan, the two convicts are unsure of how successful they'll be this year.
