As the smoke of victory clears from thwarting a dangerous scheme to annihilate an American arms factory, Danny Coogan and his sweetheart, Beth, find themselves plunged headfirst into a sinister whirlpool of danger. Their most fearsome adversary yet arises in the form of the occult-enthralled Nazi Commandant Moebius, who has snatched one of the enigmatic Toulon's Puppets. Within the shadowy depths of his lair, Moebius orchestrates the theft of the Puppets' life-infusing serum, dreaming of an invincible army of Nazi super-soldiers. A grand plan unfolds with the highly decorated General Porter in the crosshairs of Moebius, a move designed to strike a devastating blow to the American war effort.
