Police Academy 2: Their First Assignment (1985)

The most incompetent and eccentric police academy students in history somehow made it through their graduations, but that doesn't mean things have changed now that they're legitimate police officers. They've been moved to one of the worst precincts in the city, and that's largely due to the presence of a gang of thugs known as the Scullions. Their leader Zed is an unstable psychopath, but there are personal stakes for the academy graduates as well. If they don't lower the crime rate in their precinct, their boss is going to get fired. They'll also have to contend with Mauser, an ambitious lieutenant who wants their boss' job.
