National Security (2003)

Earl and Hank have both failed in their efforts to become LAPD officers. They are joined together as security guards when things go very wrong. Earl and Hank have to work outside the law and go undercover to break up a smuggling ring. They will have to evade the attention of the LAPD if they are going to bring down the bad guys and become heroes.
