Blue Streak (1999)

Miles Logan is a thief. His biggest score was a huge diamond that he was forced to hide before getting arrested. Years later, Miles is out of jail just before his ex-partner, and decides to recover the jewel. However, the building Miles hid the diamond in is different now. Miles will have to scam his way into the building to recover his treasure. Adding to the difficulty of the situation, Miles must get the diamond before Deacon, the ex-partner, gets out of jail and tries to double-cross him.
