Phantasm II (1988)

Emerging from the suffocating confines of a psychiatric ward, Mike finds himself agreeing with his doctors' twisted diagnosis: the ghastly events of his past were mere figments of his imagination. However, once released, the dreadful echoes of his past refuse to stay buried. Teaming up with his trusty ally, Reggie, they embark on a chilling mission to hunt down the ominous figure known as the Tall Man. This spectral entity has resumed his macabre routine, plundering graveyards and stealing corpses with the aid of his grotesque dwarfs.
