Child's Play 2 (1990)

Andy Barclay was taken away from his Mom after she defended Andy's claims about his demonic Chucky doll in court. Andy's Mom was committed to a psychiatric unit and Andy finds himself a ward of the court. When the toy company responsible for the Buddi dolls re-releases the doll to prove it was never dangerous, they accidentally reincarnate Chucky, the demonic doll. Once alive, Chucky sets out looking for Andy again.
