In the heart of a quaint small town, Blue Jean, a resilient strip club owner, is grappling with the loss of her boyfriend Lucas. As she mourns, she also makes a tough decision - to sell her club, a decision that spurs her to host one last, unforgettable night of revelry for her loyal patrons. Amid the thrum of music and the swirl of dancers, a group of Mexican laborers saunter in, their spirits high with the discovery of oil in a local coal mine. However, their jubilation is short-lived as a mysterious illness strikes, transforming them into grotesque creatures in the dimly lit confines of the restroom. Just as the night seems to reach its peak, Blue's rebellious stepson, Logan, skyrockets the tension. He barrels into the club in a stolen car, two relentless cops hot on his trail, and takes refuge in Blue's office. The pulsating rhythm of the club is soon replaced by the monstrous roars of the transformed laborers, their violent havoc turning the final closing night into a chilling nightmare. As her world descends into chaos, Blue Jean finds herself in a deadly fight. Surrounded by her fearless strippers and the few survivors, she must defend her bar, her life, and the lives of those around her. With every passing second, the stakes rise, turning the club's farewell night into a battle for survival against the monstrous creatures lurking in the shadows.
