Carriers (2009)

Two brothers, Brian and Danny, travel toward Turtle Beach to survive a virus outbreak. They're joined by Brian's girlfriend Bobby and their friend Kate. During the viral outbreak, Brian has created a set of rules to survive the outbreak. They're attacked by Frank, who wants to help his infected daughter. After their vehicle is disabled, the group travels with Frank and his daughter. The group visits a school in search of a rumored cure. Brian and his group ditch Frank to continue on their original journey. Throughout their travels, they discover that humanity might be as dangerous as the viral outbreak itself.
