Sally, her brother and three friends are driving through rural Texas in the early 1970s. They stop at a gas station, but they're told the station doesn't have any gas. In search of their family homestead, they come across another house and stop to see if they have any gas. They are attacked by the cannibal family that lives in the house, and Sally finds herself a guest at a family dinner from hell.
