Shaken to the core by the brutal demise of a beloved friend, a band of teenage heroin addicts find refuge in a deserted farmhouse, vowing to break free from the chains of their addiction. Their final celebration, a last hurrah of drugs they've brought along, spirals out of control, exceeding their darkest expectations. The situation escalates into a deadly game of survival when one among them succumbs to a monstrous transformation, morphing into a relentless killer, hunting them down one by one.
Trapped within the bowels of a sinister social experiment, the teenagers are forced to confront the lethal terror lurking within the house, while an external danger steadily inches closer.
