The Birds (1963)

It's the early 1960s, and rich San Francisco socialite Melanie has paid a visit to a little town called Bodega Bay, where a seagull attacks her as she is walking toward the wharf. This proves to be the first of several incidences of birds behaving strangely, from chickens that won't eat to gulls attacking children at a birthday party. What seems odd and annoying at first proves to be deadly as the residents of Bodega Bay are driven indoors in fear of their lives.
