Every year, the serene town of Dubrovnik, Croatia, surrenders to the whimsical charm of the world-renowned violinist with an eccentric nose fetish, Julian Rachlin. In Noseland, this uniquely intriguing feature-length documentary, Rachlin's annual orchestration of a two-week classical music festival is unveiled, drawing together a constellation of the most illustrious musicians, composers, and actors from across the globe. However, this fairytale festival spirals into an unpredictable spectacle when Rachlin's oldest friend, the multi-talented violinist, composer, and aspiring filmmaker Aleksey Igudesman, proposes to capture an "inside look" at this enchanting event.
