Nine Lives (2002)

On the brink of his 21st birthday, Tim invites eight of his closest companions to bask in the nostalgic aura of his Scottish estate. A snowstorm wraps the mansion in a cold, isolating embrace, cutting off any contact with the world beyond their laughter and camaraderie. Their merriment masks the impending danger as the perfect weekend slowly but surely begins to unravel. An ancient history book, discovered by one of the guests, unveils the chilling tale of Murray, a Scottish patriot whose eyes were brutally torn out and his home seized during the English onslaught.
