Wrong Turn 2: Dead End (2007)

Dale Murphy, a former marine, hosts a survival reality show in West Virginia. The show's producer, Mara, takes the place of a missing contestant. Amber, Elena, Jake, Jonesy, and Nina round out the cast of the game show. Mutant cannibals Three Finger and Pa kill the television crew and kidnap Dale. From there, the game show contestants are hunted by the inbred cannibals. They'll need to survive in a dangerous forest filled with cannibals. Their pursuers know the area from years of living there. Meanwhile, Dale must escape his captors and potentially save the rest of the contestants from a painful death.
