Legion (2010)

When God decides to finally bring the Rapture, the angel Michael rebels. He's cast out from heaven for his betrayal and finds himself on Earth in the middle of the apocalypse. Meanwhile, a disparate group of individuals are working and socializing in a Los Angeles diner. The skies grow dark, and people throughout the world begin to turn into demonic creatures. When Michael arrives at the diner, he offers the people the slightest hope of surviving the Rapture. They'll need it too. It turns out that one of the children in the diner is destined to save mankind if he can only survive.

Legion is an action movie featuring Paul Bettany and directed by Scott Stewart.
