In the heart of a decaying neighborhood, Marvin Montrose, a 24-year-old man with severe asthma and allergies, is confined to a bubble-like apartment due to his debilitating afflictions. His days and nights are spent in quiet solitude, observing the world through the lens of his camera, his only window to the outside world. However, this quiet monotony shatters when a young boy vanishes, followed by the local drug dealer, Desmond.
