In the heart of Berlin's artistic scene, the Matteusz Gdula Institute stands as a beacon of ambition and intrigue for aspiring thespians. Among them is Stella, a passionate yet modestly talented actress, who after a string of failed auditions, finds herself stepping into the hallowed halls of the famed institute. Oblivious to the school's ominous past, she immerses herself in the institute's unconventional teachings, embracing an acting method that once promised to make every actor "shine". However, beneath the prestige, the Matteusz Gdula Institute hides a chilling legacy. In the 1970s, its innovative method, invented by Gdula himself, was marred by the inexplicable deaths of multiple students, propelling the tormented mentor into the depths of despair and ultimately, suicide. The method was subsequently banned, yet its shadow continues to drape over the institution. Unfazed by the school's checkered past and a recent student's death under investigation, Stella plunges headfirst into Gdula's mysterious "method". However, as she witnesses a series of peculiar events, she finds herself ensnared in a complex web of intrigue and danger. The school's dark secret looms over her, threatening to consume her dreams and question the price paid for the limelight. The stage is set for a deadly drama, blurring the lines between art and reality, as Stella dances on the edge of the abyss.
