In the sprawling metropolis of Tokyo, the solitary existence of Takuyoshi Masuoka, a freelance cameraman, takes a dark and twisted turn. Driven by an insatiable curiosity to understand the terrifying thrill experienced on the brink of death, Masuoka is consumed by an obsession that leads him to a shocking encounter. Delving deep into the labyrinth of Tokyo's subterranean world, he stumbles upon an enigmatic, mute woman, devoid of any clothing.
