Plot

In the heart of the twisted labyrinth known as the Edgemore Institute for the Criminally Insane, two notorious serial killers, Joe Spinelli and Beth Windsor, find an unlikely sanctuary in each other's company. Joe, aptly dubbed "The Blue Blood Killer" by the media, mercilessly avenges the death of his mother, targeting those indirectly responsible in a chilling spree of retribution. Contrastingly, Beth, infamously known as the "Hitch-Killer," is consumed by an eccentric delusion of royal lineage. Together, they form an extraordinary bond, a macabre romance blossoming amidst chaos and corruption. Their sanctuary, however, is tainted by the sadistic whims of the institute's director and a cruel doctor, aided by two ruthless guards. Trapped in a grotesque dance with their tormentors, Joe and Beth orchestrate a daring escape, leaving a trail of their oppressors' blood in their wake. They seek refuge in the serene expanses of Arizona, welcomed by an unsuspecting old farmer, where they yearn to craft a semblance of a normal life. However, the elusive concept of "normal" proves to be a complex riddle for these tragic lovers, as Beth's peculiar royal obsession rears its head once again. The impending visit of Queen Elizabeth to Arizona presents an irresistible temptation, pulling them back into their old, dangerous world. Their newfound tranquility wavers on the brink of collapse, as the couple grapples with the haunting specters of their past and the tantalizing allure of their obsessions.
