Holy Terror (2002)

In the chilling masterpiece from director Massimiliano Cerchi, a vile nun, once possessed by a demon, is condemned to fulfill the devil's fiendish commands beyond the grave. Her malevolent spirit is resurrected to haunt a young couple and their unsuspecting friends, turning their housewarming into a night of unspeakable terror. The couple, new tenants in a seemingly benign rental home, decide to celebrate their fresh start with a close-knit group of friends. Their eerie landlord, however, introduces them to a sinister pastime: an Ouija board. Underestimating the power they dabble with, the group unwittingly rouses the destructive spirit of the demonic nun.
