In the heart of a grimy metropolis, British Marine, Eric Hawke, finds himself drawn into a chilling mystery when he attends the funeral of his detective brother. His brother's unfinished investigation into the eerie disappearances and brutal murders of a local Asian street gang leads him down a shadowy path. Initial indications point to a rival Nazi white supremacist gang, yet Lizzie, his brother's devoted police partner, is skeptical. She senses a more sinister plot unraveling, implicating one of the city's most formidable crime lords, the enigmatic Garr.
