In the pulsating heart of New York City, a mysterious streak of motiveless murders begins to unfold, chilling the metropolis to its core. A sniper, perched like a bird of prey on a water tower, strikes with unnerving precision, his cheap rifle belaying the deadly accuracy of his shots. His victims, innocent pedestrians, fall like dominos at street level, their lives extinguished without reason.
