The Medallion (2003)

This is a kung fu, thriller comedy in which a top Hong Kong detective has a fatal encounter with a medallion that miraculously turns him into an immortal warrior. He’s on the trail of an international criminal along with a young boy who has the medallion around his neck. The criminal escapes Hong Kong and goes to Ireland. Since the detective is the only person who has seen the criminal’s face, he must go to Ireland to capture him. The criminal wants the medallion for his nefarious purposes and kidnaps the boy who wears it. Will the detective be able to conquer the criminal and save the boy?
