In the heart of Greenwich Village, dwells Tepper, a man of honor and integrity. Tepper's life, as ordinary as it may seem, takes a thrilling turn when he discovers a misplaced wallet with sparse identification. The only lead: an ID belonging to a fireman named Avery Phillips.
