In the heart of the city, Anna Marchant, a cherished elementary school teacher, leads a tranquil existence with her beloved boyfriend, Bryce. Her life is a well-balanced cocktail of work, love, and periodic gatherings with her closest confidants, Francine and Nina. However, this normalcy shatters when, during a casual stroll across a bridge to meet Bryce, she stumbles upon a horrifying sight: an infamous serial killer ruthlessly claiming another victim. Running for her life, she is attacked, causing her to fall from the bridge, hitting her head. Anna spirals into a week-long coma, awakening to a chilling reality. Now, Anna must navigate her disorienting world, where faces shift like sand under the relentless tide, while a lethal predator lurks in the shadows.
