Doomed Caravan (1941)

In the dust-laden trails of the Wild West, the whip-cracking Jane Travers finds herself in dire need of protection for her next caravan. Riding into her desperate plea comes the unruffled Hoppy, a figure of justice and courage. With the promise of safe passage west, Hoppy, California, and Lucky become the stalwart guardians of Travers' wagon line, the lifeline of the western expansion. Meanwhile, lurking in the shadows are Stephen Westcott and Ed Martin, driven by their unquenchable thirst for power and control. Orchestrating a complex scheme to seize the reins of the wagon-train traffic, they plan to shroud Travers' business in disaster.
